UF Drug & Alcohol Abuse Recovery Center
This complex includes 2 apartment style Patient Living buildings, a Commons Building, and an interior courtyard finished with a pool and pickle ball courts.
Scheduled for completion in July 2025, the new recovery center by UF Health will be Florida’s largest facility dedicated to drug and alcohol abuse treatment.

Patient Living
The apartment-style patient living buildings can accommodate up to 146 residents across 21 units.
The first floor includes wheelchair-accessible units, with single-occupancy rooms and expanded bathrooms designed to enhance mobility and comfort.
Commons Building
The Commons Building serves as a multifunctional facility, offering a range of amenities for patients as well as dedicated office space for staff.
The layout was designed to streamline onboarding and connect residential quarters with amenities, while centrally located staff areas ensure visibility and effective supervision.
